This is a working title for a planned forthcoming book of poetry.
The recurring theme is a “look” at feeling lost… of being out of place or out of time or generally not fitting into the “world” in which you happen to find yourself.
As such, this new collection of 33 poems takes inspiration from the following Krishnamurti quote…
“Don’t you want to find out if it is possible to live in this world richly, fully, happily, creatively, without the destructive drive of ambition and competition? Don’t you want to know how to live so that your life will not destroy another or cast a shadow across their path?”
Currently I have 23 new poems ready for this new title. And with a lot of other writing projects demanding my time and attention, I’m not sure when this book will be ready for publication. Which is to say, there is no planned completion date for this work at this time.
I hope this finds you well, and I look forward to sharing my next collection with you.
All best…

“laid bare” is one of your best poems. that bomb of a question truly engages the reader’s unconscious. you’ve gone beyond “poetry,” brilliant stuff my friend. boom!
